1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Available shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location, selected shipping method, and shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

5. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier delays or service disruptions

  • High shipping volumes during holidays

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist you.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at tlprokit@gmail.com.

We will do our best to accommodate address changes before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

7. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at tlprokit@gmail.com.

Include your order number and a description of the issue.

We will assist you in reviewing the shipment and, when appropriate, working with the shipping carrier to determine a resolution.
