Please note: Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
